We were pleasantly surprised by the remote and peaceful retreat offered by this European inn. the quaint and well-maintained rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was charming and offered a good selection of local products. We particularly enjoyed the brisk stream running by the property and the delightful bridge to cross it.
Although the staff was attentive and helpful, their limited English skills made communication difficult at times. the distance from the town center was a bit of a letdown, as it was a mile away and didn't have many options within walking distance.
